Return Policy

At Eloviq, we want you to feel confident trying DeepPulse. That’s why we offer a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which means you have 100 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with proof of purchase and include all original components where possible, including accessories and packaging. Items that are damaged through misuse, excessive wear, or improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@eloviq.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned with proof of purchase and, where possible, in its original condition with all included components.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
